To ensure you only pay for the services you require, and for transparency, please call us to discuss your needs. This is usually discussed in detail with you during assessment of your needs for care and support. We encourage your independence by providing only those needs that you cannot undertake yourself without the support of a carer.

Personal Care Support
Our support is wide ranging and covers support with - getting into and out of bed; bathing, showering and oral health; personal grooming and dressing; continence management and toileting; preparing meals - breakfast, lunch and evening meal; eating and drinking; prompting medication when it is due; mobility - including moving & handling and pushing a wheelchair; household tasks - laundry, ironing, linen change, and cleaning the living area; shopping, GP visits, hospital appointments or social activities, collection of prescriptions or pensions; correspondence and payment of bills; and companionship.

Night sleeper service

Where our carer sleeps over night should any assistance be required.

Night sitting service

Where the carer is on duty throughout the night.

Live-in care with personal care support

Round the clock care with daily living needs as listed above.

Live-in care for domestic assistance and companionship
Companionship and domestic assistance includes reading and conversation; preparing meals; household tasks such as laundry, ironing, linen change, and cleaning the living area; shopping, GP visits, hospital appointments, social events, collection of prescriptions or pensions, and any other help within the home.

Fees are dependent on an individual's assessed needs and personal circumstances.

We are very competitive and will much or better any fees quoted by providers in the area.
